Teach Me Salesforce

A community approach to learning salesforce.com

Posting Guidelines

with 5 comments

Some guidelines to take into consideration when posting content:

  • Post information that is relevant and useful to people learning salesforce.com.
  • Tag posts with level of difficulty (beginning, intermediate, advanced) and topic (workflow, Apex, Visualforce, etc) for easy browsing.
  • If you are cross-posting from another blog, feel free to provide a link to the original content.
  • Do not post news articles (e.g., “Salesforce.com Acquires Radian6”)
  • Do not post information just to promote your product or blog. Provide value to the readers. We all understand that everyone needs to make a living so if you would like to make a small pitch in your post please make it towards the end.
  • Be nice and help people. You were once a noob.

I do not want to police this site but I will be the final authority if people start abusing it. My hope is that the community will self-regulate the site.
